1. Our Commitment
Fuzzy Bear Industries ("we," "our," or "us") has a zero-tolerance policy toward
child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy applies to every
application, game, and online service we publish, including any content, chat,
or user-generated material within them.
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that
sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms a minor. Accounts and users
who violate these standards are removed, and violations are reported to the
appropriate authorities.
2. Scope
These standards cover all Fuzzy Bear Industries apps and services distributed
through Google Play, the Apple App Store, our website, or any other channel.
They apply to all users, contributors, contractors, and employees.
3. Definitions
-
Minor / child: any person under the age of 18, or the age of
majority in their jurisdiction where that age is higher.
-
CSAM (child sexual abuse material): any visual depiction of
sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.
-
CSAE (child sexual abuse and exploitation): the broader
category of content and conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers
a child โ including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of
minors, and the solicitation or distribution of CSAM.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly forbidden across all of our apps and services:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM.
-
Sexualizing minors in any medium, including text, images, audio, video,
drawings, animation, or computer-generated and AI-generated content.
-
Grooming โ building a relationship with a minor to facilitate sexual contact,
sexual conversation, or the production of sexual imagery.
-
Sextortion โ threatening to expose intimate imagery of a minor to obtain
money, further imagery, or any other benefit.
- Trafficking or advertising a minor for sexual purposes.
-
Soliciting sexual content from a minor, or offering sexual content of a minor
to others.
-
Sexual commentary about, or directed at, a minor โ including in usernames,
profile text, chat, or comments.
-
Facilitating or encouraging offline sexual contact with a minor, or promoting
or normalizing sexual interest in minors.
5. Age Requirements
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from them. Where an app permits user accounts or
communication features, users must meet the minimum age stated in that app's
terms. If we learn that a user is below the required age, we disable the
account and delete any associated personal information. See our
Privacy Policy for details on how we handle
children's data.
6. Reporting a Concern
If you encounter CSAM, CSAE, or any content that endangers a child in one of our
apps, please report it to us immediately. Include the app name, the username or
account involved, a description of what you saw, and the approximate date and
time. Do not download, save, or forward suspected CSAM โ reporting the location
is enough for us to act.
- Child safety point of contact: info@fuzzybearindustries.com
Reports are reviewed by a designated child safety point of contact. We
acknowledge reports within 24 hours and prioritize them ahead of all other
moderation work.
7. How We Respond
When a report is confirmed or credible evidence is found, we:
- Remove the offending content immediately.
-
Suspend or permanently terminate the account, and block re-registration where
technically possible.
-
Preserve the relevant content and account records as required by law for
reporting and investigation.
-
Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited
Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, and to local law enforcement or
the relevant regional authority where applicable.
-
Cooperate fully with law enforcement and with app store providers, including
Google Play, on any resulting investigation.
8. Prevention Measures
-
User-facing reporting and blocking controls in any app that allows user
interaction or user-generated content.
-
Review of reported content by a designated reviewer, with escalation paths for
child safety reports.
-
Terms of service and in-app rules that explicitly prohibit CSAE, so
enforcement is unambiguous.
- Periodic review of these standards and of our moderation practices.

We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where our
apps are available, including U.S. federal reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C.
