Child Safety Standards

Our zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Fuzzy Bear Industries ("we," "our," or "us") has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy applies to every application, game, and online service we publish, including any content, chat, or user-generated material within them.

We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms a minor. Accounts and users who violate these standards are removed, and violations are reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Scope

These standards cover all Fuzzy Bear Industries apps and services distributed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, our website, or any other channel. They apply to all users, contributors, contractors, and employees.

3. Definitions

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly forbidden across all of our apps and services:

5. Age Requirements

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where an app permits user accounts or communication features, users must meet the minimum age stated in that app's terms. If we learn that a user is below the required age, we disable the account and delete any associated personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle children's data.

6. Reporting a Concern

If you encounter CSAM, CSAE, or any content that endangers a child in one of our apps, please report it to us immediately. Include the app name, the username or account involved, a description of what you saw, and the approximate date and time. Do not download, save, or forward suspected CSAM โ€” reporting the location is enough for us to act.

Reports are reviewed by a designated child safety point of contact. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and prioritize them ahead of all other moderation work.

7. How We Respond

When a report is confirmed or credible evidence is found, we:

8. Prevention Measures

We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where our apps are available, including U.S. federal reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and equivalent regional requirements. We also adhere to the child safety standards of the app stores that distribute our apps, including the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the Google Play CSAE standards.
